We currently offer 3 categories of coaching:

All of our training plans are personalised and tailored to your specific training status, time constraints and goals. The programs are prescriptive and are based on performance goals and events.

Endurance

The Endurance category is for individuals seeking performance improvement through personalized training programs.

  • Detailed monthly training plan personalised to your goals

  • Feedback with coach is limited to email or phone

  • Face-to-face communication on a monthly basis.

  • Updates are based on athlete's feedback and changes are made accordingly.

Advanced

The Advanced category plan builds on Endurance coaching category.

  • Bi-weekly program updates.

  • Weekly communication and feedback with coach via email or phone, with monthly face-to-face communication if needed.

  • Weekly monitoring of form and fatigue, and feedback from athlete.

  • Program altered based on athlete's recovery and commitments.

  • Limited data analysis included for performance tracking.

£100 p/m

Professional

The Professional performance management plan requires athlete to own a power meter.

  • Training prescribed similar to Advanced coaching category.

  • Weekly analysis of training and racing files with feedback for performance assessment.

  • Weekly submaximal test included to assess training changes and monitor fatigue.

  • Program updated based on analysis and feedback from athlete.

  • Communication with coach via email or phone, with bi-weekly face-to-face communication as needed.
