Coaching
Our coaching is designed to support you in maximising your potential and achieving your goals
Evidence Based
We offer personalised and interactive coaching utilising our evidence based approach in combination with the latest knowledge and techniques in the sports science and coaching fields to build your individual performance plans.
Our coaching plans are individualised and designed to target areas where the biggest performance improvements can be made.
The Coaching Process
Coaching starts with profiling your performance, setting short and long term goals as well as evaluating time constraints and training availability. With all of this information we can begin to build your individualised coaching plan in order to propel you to new peak performances
We utilise a 3 step process to assist you in improving your performance
Profiling
During the profiling phase we gather information specific to you, such as training availability and short and long term goals.
A baseline performance test is recommended during this phase
The baseline performance data and information gathered are then used to build your coaching plan
Coaching Plan
Once we have completed your profiling we are able to develop a long term coaching plan which overviews the plan to achieve the specific goals you have set.
You are then provided with an individualised coaching plan which includes the day to day training that you undertake, focusing on specific variables of training and improvement
Optimisation
Performance is multi-dimensional and our optimisation of your training starts with the feedback we receive from you as an athlete.
Monitoring and feedback is included during this phase of the coaching cycle, depending on the coaching level chosen. Training prescription is then adjusted according to the feedback received with the goal of reaching peak performance and achieving your goals
